Hello I'm not sure is it only my problem or server. I can't skin any mob in dungeons but I'm 100% sure in wotlk they were skinnable on global.
All the dragonkins, beasts in rdf/rhc should be able to skin after loot them. I even don't have option to skin them.
Is it my problem or server bug?
