As it stands selling a character on marketplace is harder than selling reading glasses to the blind. The fixed cost is far too high for anyone to consider buying a character over marketplace rather than gear it up from the store. I suggest that the fixed price limitation either be lowered or removed.

It's intended and it's not going to change.
Remember that warmane runs on donations and coins being spent into the marketplace.
If it were cheaper to just buy complete characters in the marketplace then there would be much less coins being removed out of the players accounts.
Less coins out = less coins being bought = much less donations.
