Pandaria Error

My friend is getting this error:
Data/esES/wow-update-esES-17898.MPQ: No se han podido descargar los datos necesarios del archivo. Compruebe la conexion a la red. Para mas informacion, consulta https://batt;e.net/support/article/6250

Tell him to follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

when he removes the read only and starts up the game its still shows the same error and the read-only marks it self again
