WotLK Kazuk's transfer from Deathwing to Icecrown has UNcompleted

Good afternoon dear Warmane staff,

I am writting to you because after completed "Kazuk's transfer from Deathwing to Icecrown" nothing happened ! There is not my mains characters that I used to play before with Molten.

You can check it out my account and former purchases like flying mounts etc.. Also, if I may choose, I would like to transfer my characters on Lordearon, there is too much population on Icecrown. After 1pm, it's imposssible to log in until 10pm (glad for you).

I am a former donator (when it was possible to instant log in with no queue), on Molten since 2011 ! 6 years soon :)

Can you advice me please ?
