Scroll of Deception

Would it be possible to make Scroll of Deception account bound, rather than soulbound? Some classes don't benefit from it as much as other, for example druids. I don't think it would hurt anything or anyone.

you're kidding? druids have some GREAT transmog sets! (i mean, yeah, sure, you wont see them while raiding because of shapeshifting, but once you're done, you'll look extremely cool).

however you do have a point on making them account bound, since i often see people with scrolls to spare on their mains, which are already full transmog, but their alts cant get a single scroll.
