rogue legendary daggers

Hello, is there cata rogue legendary daggers on market ?
I can't find them,but maybe i not look at rght place :D

the legendary dagger is not on the market yet.

Before the wipe, you could only purchase them if your rogue character have

150 day played time
300 coin
800 vote (around 80 for now)
and second phase daggers

Now, my rogue have meet the requirement, but warmane have not put them on the market.
