Does race change include a gender change?

Hi guys , If I will change race from my belf female to troll it will allow me to change gender ? I would like to have troll , but it must be male one.

I believe gender change is done through 'Character Recustomization'. I'm not sure if 'Race Change' allows you to do any customization.

A Gnome Female DK managed to Race Change into a Male Human in Lordaeron (changed name too though). And I recall having an option to select new name, new face (even if you choose to retain your race) and new gender when race changing in Frostwolf
