Season Rewards

The Season 6 topic specifically mentioned the following:

We are still considering some changes in the way rewards are distributed, particularly in terms of the gladiator titles in 2v2. We expect to have a decision before this season ends on this. This is in particular related to the next season, not the current one.

Since that season is long gone, there still hasn't been a descision, or at least an announcement that we know of on this matter. Any updates from the staff?

- Also why are the older titles not removed from MoP as clearly stated in every season topic?
- What about the people that got Vengeful Gladiator from 2v2 by mistake and they still have it to this day?
