I read all the donate FAQ and looked everywhere, but I cant find out how to change the euros to USD. For some reason it wants me to donate in Euros even though Im from the united states. Also what is the minimum amount to donate that will get rid of the queues? Thanks.

Any donation will let you skip queue. Currency is converted automatically during the payment, you don't have to change anything.

It should happen when you get the coins and your donation rank on website changes to premium. But you have to log out from game and log in again. It won't skip queue if you are already in it.

Mines not automatically converting it just says transaction cannot be completed im from the US

Currency is not the problem. Your card must have international transactions enabled. Other than that, it could be one of the many problems with Paymentwall that people are having: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=334836

Hey i'm wondering about something, so I bought a $10 subway card but the donation screen is asking for $10.70 can I change it to be only $10?

I guess not because minimum donation is 10 euro and at the moment: 10 euro = 10.65 dollars
