Hacked account! No help!

Ok, so this is getting frustrating. My account got hacked and the hacker changed the account e-mail address. I've been trying to contact a gm, a forum moderator, tried to make a ticket on the forum but it says I can only make a ban appeal ticket, and I can't even do that, and I don't know what's with the [email protected]. I am so confused now that I don't know what to do, is [email protected] an e-mail address, should I send a mail on it if so?! Please someone help me... I have that account for like 7 years and don't want to lose it now.
