Enh Shaman PvP question

I want to start an enh shaman on icecrown but the enh shaman are soooooo rare, why ?
buggy, hard to play or both ?
I know there are a lot of threads about this topic, but i need new or current information about this class, especially for pvp.

Enh is by far the weakest class out there when it comes to BGs and Wpvp.
Low survivability, no AoE dmg, low single target dmg and the fact that its a melee class makes it really bad for any large scale battle.
In arena on the other hand it can work decent when u know how to play.
Thats probably the reason why u see enh shamis more frequently on Blackrock than on the other realms.
