1. Useless Bugtracker

Bugtracker at the moment is semi useless, only bugs that get any form of attention have to be reported by a GM, any other bug with irrefutable proof of being bugged with tons of material and screenshots and videos provided by players and still marked as Unconfirmed.

The current state is a joke, as an example I even when to the extent to shoot a video of one of the bugs and got nothing, after a week I sent the video to the whole QA team. nada nothing. absolute ****ty state.

Bugtracker needs some immediate revision asap!

  2. First of all, I understand your frustration.

Contrary to other software you may have made some research about, WoW is a huge one. The number of bugs that can arise around Azeroth, even after years of development, are a lot. Warmane's population is huge as well, but the staff is limited (contrary to Retail we are only supported by donations).

We would love to be able to keep up with all your reports in a matter of hours / days, but that is often not a possibility. What is more, QA members do not only have to deal with proper reports but also duplicates, invalid and ones that are lacking of background information. That implies a lot more work than just marking them as "approve", "duplicate" or "dismissed".

If you feel like your report deserves special attention, feel free to contact a QA member about it. They are the ones who will decide whether to process your report in front of others or simply ignore it. However, I would not abuse of this last option, and only use it to report exploits (those get special attention at the Bugtracker anyway), since we support equal treatment to all members.

Again, I am sorry about that. But rest assured that your report(s) will eventually be looked at by a QA member.
