Stuck in the Login waiting line for hours?

Is it normal that I'm about 3 to 4 hours stuck in place 40 - 30 of the Login waiting line.
Is that normal for that realm.. I neven saw a server where it happend so slow? Because by 12k players there will probably someone log out.
If this is a bug does someone know how to fix it?

Yes, but you can skip the Queue if you donate 10€ to Warmane.
