Technical where did my charcters go?

hello warmane staff team,

last time i logged to my charcter in warsong about 6 months and i play warsong for long time and now when
i tried to merge my charcter that has more 3days time play i see all my charcters gone idk whats wrong
my friends told me you can merge youe charcter if you are from warsong and they told me it works but idk why
my charcters gonw please help,

all warsong characters with more than 3 days played time have been automatically transfered on Neltharion, unless you already had 10 characters on Neltharion.
In this case I guess you might use this feature https://www.warmane.com/account/merge but I am not 100% sure about that so you might consider to send an email to [email protected] to speak with Warmane Support Team

nope , i only have 3charcters in warsong i sont have in another realms but after a while all gone, btw my friend told me that
he played more then 3days but wasnt merge auto he did the operation to merge his charcter
