Blackrock bugtracker section

There is no section in the bugtracker to report bugs for the blackrock realm.
Since blackrock runs on a different core and has other bugs than the Icecrown/Lordaeron realms it would make sense to add a Blackrock bugtracker section.

I support this suggestion.
When Lordaeron had his own core you guys had no problem to add as specific category "Lordaeron" at bugtracker so it would be fair to have a "Blackrock" category now.

There are still some few bug on Blackrock and even if they will not have high priority (and we are fine with that) Devs might still consider to fix them soon or later
