Suggestions for Blackrock

I noticed that Isle of Quel'Danas is not as active as before. I have plenty nice memories from it so I would suggest making it so players can only enter alone and that kills grant some rewards, honor, arena cases or similar things, it might inspire more people to play there.
Also in another thread someone posted a comment recommending that the requirement for WF shoulders is changed to soloq rating rather than 3v3, my suggestion would be 2.2k soloq rating or higher.
