My Bugtracker post removed?

I recently posted in the bugtracker about the Shade of Akama boss fight in Icecrown - it doesn't work correctly, as the boss himself never appears. It got removed, may I ask why?

probably because it was a duplicate of https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/34842 . also it wasn't deleted, https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/40029 it was dismissed as a duplicate.
