Any interest in a group finding tool?

I've been on warmane for a few weeks and the one thing that seems to be missing is any support for group finding.

Would anyone be interested in such a tool?

I m using a Curunis Pug finder addon that was posted on the forums a while ago (would need to find the exact thread). It filters global by raids advertised and allows you to spam for your own raids when you need specific things. The problem with any of these addons is that it would need to be used by a large playerbase to be relevant. (I would still prefer warmane would finally implement the raid browser, which is kind of what you described but from the game itself)

Yep would love for this to be a thing.

Would need a lot of people to use it though as someone mentioned previously.

Would be quite handy if it picked up messages off global and filtered them out but would definitely require quite a lot of coding.

So you could filter down to get this person saying LFG DPS warrior 5.0gs TOC5
Would then filter him as LFG, warrior, GS and dungeon and keep him in the database for 60sec

Lots of coding though..

Would be amazing, but surely it would need help from Warmane team to really push the addon out there so that many players use it.

If warmane supported this in any way they would be better off enabling RDF with no teleportation/dungeon leaver penalty.
Otherwise they're helping to develop a feature that already exists :D

Ur clueless are you!? None looks for groups for rdf u do random or guild fast runs. Its meant for pugging RAIDS, it could help RLs weed out the bad people i.e mby u can set req for a certain gs and anchievment. If u dont have both u cant even ask to join. Thats the beauty of it, its a manual raid finder which is only in cata+. This is amazing for wotlk, would save so much time, i spend 5 mins doing ignores on nubs with low ach trying to ask me to join.

I don't have any achievs on the server but I've raided Nax, Ulduar, TOC and ICC on normals and heroics throughout both retail WOTLK and on 2 other realms over the past years.
Yet people like you wouldn't even consider me if I don't have achiev.

we dont consider you, because all for all we know you could be saying a bunch of bs. We rather take players with anchievments and have a smooth run than end up with some knobhead who has no idea wtf is happening

You made qQueue? Props, was an awesome tool for the time it lasted and untill blizzard made their own version (which is a blatant copy, even if improved).
