I stucked at 1600 rep till exalted, with no more quests. As there isnt any npc giving rep at revered, is there something im missing out?

if you faction change the quests will reset and you just do one more quests to cap exalted

You do not need BS. Also since the release of Blackrock dungeons, Lokhtos Darkbargainer has not been added to the game at all. Several bug tracker reports have been made, but nothing has yet to be done to add this npc, along with missing/bugged npcs and objects in the game.
