Forum Email hacked

Hello, my email was hacked after i downloaded some addon to this game, so i lost my character on my accunct ofc :( but then i changed email and password and made 2nd step authenticator, and started a new character to level up to 40... on lordareon. but then i got hacked AGAIN!!! so when i checked the old email that i dont used on the account, i see that [email protected] gave all information back to the hacker without even asking for ****.... PLS WARMANE STAFF HELP ME!! i have emailed you 4 times and no respond...

i cant even change my email to new one, becouse it says i need to wait 7 days....
