WotLK Faction change's bugged my Northrend Reputation's?

Upon Faction changing 2 of my characters from Alliance to Horde the Ebon Blade and Son's of Hodir reputation appear to have bugged. The vendors are gone and the zones are as they were before the quest chains are completed.

These two characters are also the only two of my characters with these quest chains completed,

Anyone know how to fix or if this is common?
