Problem with Blacksmithing

The NPC Itoka, who is in Thunder Island, drops an item called "Strange Metal Ingot" which gives you a mission that when delivered gives you the option of making weapons that are improving. I managed to make one of the weapons, in particular "Drakefist Hammer, Reborn".
As you say in the description at the time of doing so, when creating the item, you should unlock the next item in the upgrade chain, which is "Dragonmaw, Reborn". Well, carry out the above mentioned item but you have not given me the recipe to be able to continue and obtain the weapon in its last improvement.
Is it a bug in the server or is it that these items are not fixed?

If you were in a raid group, leave it because being in a raid will not count quest credit.
Also if you have the item, try to abandon the quest and re-accept it and see if that changes anything.

I haven't done BS, so I am not sure of what quest it is.

I completed the quest before, because the quest gave me the six recipes that you can see in the image.
When i crafted the item i was in a raid group, so probably i can try to make it alone, without a raid group, but i think that being in a raid group is not a problem...


P.D: I made it without group and they don't give me the recipe.

I was gonna say that a party that is converted into a raid will prevent any progression in ingame activity expect raid stuff alone or until you change it back.

Speak with a gm about these claims via ticket. I suggest pming a ticket to Crainer because he responds faster than is counterparts when issues arise. Be patient too for these individuals are not machines.

True, the door is closed. You should not be able to obtain the Lightning Steel ingot at all.

I didn't use any teleporting hack engine. I only die near to the door, and i can release into the room. I did it without bad intentions, only i saw that i could release indoors and did it. Probably i should have to report that problem to the GM's...
