How long is the wait on ticket, i've some how lost 2 of 3 char on lorderon and the history log shows no trasnsfers or anything.

it might take 2-3 days I guess.

Anyway you can see a list of your character deleted in the last 30 days:
My Account > Services > Select Realm > Set Currency:Coins > Character restoration

You can restore them for 20 Coins or for free in case they have been deleted in the last 48 hours

My problem is that they are not there, there are gone but i can still find them both on the armory and see them in my guild on my mates account + some one els has been online on them

even one of my chars is up for sale at the character market

well the problem is no one has logged in to my account there is nothing in the loggs that i transferd off my account, sold any chars not anything. and if so i dont understand why they woulndt take my almost bis geared DK from Icecrown
