Lordaeron Character Recustomization BUGGED OUT ON ME!

Dear Game Masters / Developers,

I purchased a character recustomization for 10 coins, however, when I try to change the gender of Squatbooty, my level 80 male human Paladin, it says ''could not customize character''. I have seen a few people on this forum with the same problem, yet no GM or developer has bothered to respond.
Fix my problem or refund me my 10 coins please.

Hello, Did you go to > My Account> Support> and open a ticket? It usually does not take more than up to 48 hours for them to respond. This happened to me and Support fixed it for me

I did that, the only category that shows up for the ticket is ''ban appeal'' ??

When using the WOTLK client with WoD customizations (the standard "Wrath of the Lich King" download on the web), you get a few extra character customizations that are not compatible with WOTLK.
Change your character appearance a bit and you should be good to go.

I am not using the WOD characters!! I downloaded the Old Wotlk version you had!!
