Edge of Agony for transmog as alliance

Hello is there any chance of getting edge of agony for transmog as alliance?

I believe change faction, roll ToC for awhile, get it, transmog it on your weapon, then transfer back to Alliance.

Just buy it from the point shop. It's not race/faction restricted, so you can use it as alliance.
