Pandaria Sudden FPS loss?

So basically ive been playing wow etc. i started MoP, and after getting in there today my fps are dropping are 60 and it should be impossible for that to happen, is there any game leak sort of thing?

Build
i7 4790k
16gb ram
MSI GTX 1070
Everything maxed out and 1920x1080 res.

This build is 6 months old +/-

Menu > System > Graphics > Refresh rate . Now if you can set max 60.0Hz then you need to disable vertical sync to see more FPS.
You cna disable vertical sync always in this same menu

VS is always disable and my refresh rate is at 59.9

maybe your mop is using Intel GPU instead of Nvidia GPU, try to check Nvidia panel control

OR try to lower MoP video setting.

That said if your refresh rate is setted to 59.9 you can alse increase FPS to 150 but the real FPS showed by your monitor will always be 59 so what is the point of doing that?

but still, theres no way for me to get 40 fps...if up until then all was good, the fps lag shouldnt happen
