Is there a possibility to purchase instant level 80 for a character via coins/points? Thanks in advance.

With coins yes, with points no.

It costs 20 Coins and it gives ONLY instant max level, nothing else

I'm not seeing "Character level up" option for a deathknight, but maybe if I made a lvl1 it would show? I'm on Lordearon.

you first need to create a Death Knight, then you can use that feature on him.
As you already know you need to have a character at lvl 55 to be able to create a Death Knight but there is a workaround. You can go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/trade and be able to buy a death knight ( minimum price is 30 Coins).

So basically players can buy a DK on Trade even if they do not have a lvl 55 character

It's not available on Lordaeron. Closest you can get there is buying a character on trading.

right, I forget to say on Lordaeron "character level up" feature is not available. As anyone0 said you can still use Trade system as workaround
