Can donate on brother's account but not on my own

Hello all I have attempted to donate off and on for a couple months now and the other day I donated on my brother's account with no problems. I am just curious is there is anything to do with my account that would restrict me from donating. If you have any other ideas or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

Did you do it from the same computer and same browser? If you used something different, that could be the problem. But it's also possible that it's the account itself since Paymentwall might be receiving some kind of information about your account when you make the donation. You can check this thread about problems with Paymentwall and if you can't solve the problem you can try to contact Paymentwall support.
