WotLK T9 Gear

Hey guys, I was curious on where to buy the T9 gear set for my Ret Pally. (Horde)

I figured the armor I needed was from the Emblem of Triumph vendor in Dalaran by the portals to Org and other cities.

If I'm wrong can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

(Does the full set + trinkets make me qualify to enter ICC raids?

first of all, don't get the full set as a ret pally, T9 it's horribly itemized, get the shoulders and gloves from FoS and chest from PoS instead, T9 helm+legs for the 2 set bonus

if you play on Icecrown you're gonna have a hard time joining PuGs with less than 5.8-5.9K GS, especially as a paladin
