Scroll of Deception - Quick questions

Scroll of Deception appeared in my inventory out of nowhere, so how did i get it?
Does it drop when i do pvp-battlegrounds, or dungeon, raids?
And how many of those can i get and how often?

Scroll of Deception drops from lvl 80 raids and battlegrounds.
It can drop twice in a row and it can drop once a month, you can get as many as you want.

just got mine from a BG don't know how i did it but yeah.

There's a random chance after completing a lvl 80 dungeon or BG that a random participant (on the winning BG side) will receive a scroll.
