Question about hacking

A Dk 80 lvl (not good geared 2k+ max) killing me from lvl 70 to 72 contiously and knowing exactly were i am even if i change place to lvl up or make him hunt me from borean to grizzy hills , i used Hearthstone back to borean and guess what that guy dk orc finds me while i was trying to do a quest near Coladra. When i enter into my main he disconnect but when i am back to my alt he reconnect to kill me . My question is : is this thing bannable or no. in screenshots u can see the time that he waste just to make me mad :) seriously (but i cant upload)

He is a jerk, but it is not bannable - a very logical explanation is that he has an ally logged on another client, and is very, very bored - either *mention* his name on global/general (and he will run away/get rekt), or just play another character/go youtube for 1-2 hours and he will have found something else to do :) (or, will cry for his meaningless life, where he even cannot camp you without being overtrolled)

well too bad cause it ruins gaming
but i have to mention that at start i was like WTF but then i am just laughting the only bad thing is that i cannot lvl up that character until i will bring protection it seems :P

If you're Alliance: Call it out in global. I know a bunch of people that will come to your aid.

If you're Horde: Give up, roll Alliance.
