Can't seem to open a ticket on the website.

I have a pretty Important question, I tried to open a support ticket on the account section, and it only suggests to me that I should make a Ban Appeal ticket, but then again, even if I fill all the things, I cant submit it because I'm not banned. I have a question about my account.

Are tickets disabled at the moment or something? Because it is Un-ban only at the moment.
