Are we still able to gain scrolls in bgs?

In over a month I haven't won any scroll of Deception, winning every day about 4-5 Bgs.

yes, in avarage i get arround 1 every 2nd bg win.

Lel, then you have alot of luck, or you play with your multiboxer and increase the % to gain it.

Hmmm well u see I'm a PVE guy who actually doesn't do much pvp. In fact I had started 2 bgs which I left in the middle... and I still ended up getting 2 scrolls.
