WotLK I get an update screen after logging in (before char select)

I haven't played in awhile, and nothing has changed on my computer since last time I played. I get this screen when I log in;

Is this something I should be seeing? or do I need to reinstall the game?

Edit: I checked the realmlist info and it is all set properly, and I am not trying to log into Blizzard (different log in info too), so I don't know why I am seeing this screen.
