Hey so i got scout title when i was in icc25 man and i noticed i got it at saurfang and when i logged out after 2 hours i lost it is it bug or what was that?

It is a bug. Title will be renewed when you get any HKs.

I am sure they are aware of it. I didn't hear any news regarding the fix however.
