Checked in armory there is no such name in realm but still unavailable. Why?

There could be 2 reasons:
Low level chars are not shown in armory. You can try to add it to friends list in game to check if it exists.
WoW client contains a list of names that can not be used because they break Blizzards char naming policy.

I tried some lore names and there is players with such names on other realms and also tried to invite friends but there are no such players it said so none of these reasons. :(

If those names exist on other realms then they either got those names while character renaming was done on website or bypassed the list of forbidden names in another way.Include names of World of Warcraft realms, zones, or names of major characters from Warcraft lore.
