WotLK Dual account dungeon or quest allowed ?

Hello,

I read that powerleveling was not allowed, but is it allowed to rush in dual account some dung. For exemple i have a lvl 15 character can i log two account on the same computer and run some DM ?

Powerleveling is when you take a character into a zone or instance way above his level and gain experience that way. (Eg level 15 in Icecrown with a level 80 char killing mobs for xp). This is not allowed.
Boosting on the other hand is allowed. It's when you run an instance appropriate for your level, but there is a level 80 there helping you. (I am not referring to boosting for real money or any kind of currency, just a higher level helping you out in an instance appropriate for your level)
