I cant donate from website

This is my third time asking for help in here and still no answers were given from admins...when im trying to donate i get this error that says "payment is blocked for your acount"and icant donate please tell me what to do.

When exactly does that message appear? The problem is most likely on Paymentwall not Warmane side so you have to contact Paymentwall support.
