Guild House Feature

Did Warmane staff consider adding a feature where guilds can in some way (donations, certain number of members, etc ) obtain their own guild house?

A guild house is just a small room that only guild members can access and it has like a few things in it like Bank, AH, Arena Que etc, nothing special and it's in some unused space in WoW map ( some random room in a non-capital city , or a teleport to some small space in the map, unreachable to others)

I think it is a really good feature that some older TBC servers had, and the players loved it.

PS I'm not talking about some FUN-server custom crazy guild houses with like portals and trainers and idk what else , just a little room with few cool things for Guild mates to chill which is forbidden for non-guildies.

I would like to hear what other players and maybe a Staff member think about it, and maybe some suggestions.

A Custom version of the GM Island would be almost perfect for such an idea, It would be nice, but keep in mind what happened to people and garrisons, while true its for a Guild think of the people who will just make Guilds specifically just to have a personal AH area etc idk good and bad from multiple perspectives.
