WoW.exe not working

Hi,
I downloaded the 2.4.3 file and started the exe. Then a notification popped up that the exe is not working. After starting it again, WoW started but the screen is black and i can hear the starting intro. If I press escape to skip the intro WoW quits, if I let it finish I can hear the main menu music, but the screen ist still black. Do you guys have any suggestions?

reinstall video drivers.

Yeah thank you, updating NVidia Experience fixed it.
