there are a lot of people in the outland server that are just filling the server and they are doing nothing meaning the are AFK and it's very annoying as there is always a long queue, i created an undead rogue and when i got up to the land there were tons of people who were doing nothing so i suggest that the AFK time will be much shorter.

Until the time you have to afk for just a few minutes then have to wait in the 3k queue again. You might change your tune then. Yeah, the queue is annoying, but the alternative is worse.
I mean, if your time is that precious, donating is an option. My in the evenings is well worth $11.
