Wich faction for PvP?

Hi, i am planning to play on Icecrown. At max lvl i want to play a bit pvp? So my question is are the facions even in win ratio, how are the queue Times etc?

The old which faction question most people would say play what you like or where your friends are, but if you're aiming to go for high arena rating better to go alliance for the PvP racials especially the human free trinket.
