Horde PVP Vendors Bugged in Serpent's Spine

All Horde PVP Vendors (Valor + Conquest) + Guards in Serpent's Spine have disappeared for at least the past hour. I know it's not a problem with my client since others have been asking where have the vendors gone.
For a short time the Conquest one appeared along with the guards but they've disappeared again.
Just reporting here, since it's not the type of "submit to Bugtracker and maybe it will be fixed by 2020" problem.
