Dont bother asking warmane for help with items not appearing

I did the quest ally of the netherwing chose the healing off hand completed the quest and got nothing so I made a ticket and a forum post and 12 hrs later nothing not even a mod saying we will look into this or anything its such a joke. For the amount of time ive played and had an account with warmane this is by far the worst respond time I have ever seen.

Did you use the Bugtracker for the developers—who are not forum active nor responsible for answering or reading tickets, but are yet the only ones who will fix these kinds of problems in-game—to know what's up? The Bugtracker is the only communication outlet to the only people who can actually fix your problem. The Staff is in the middle of launching another realm and have other things going on in their busy schedule than the one issue you have in your schedule. Gain some perspective.

Maybe if they spent more time fixing the problems with their current TBC server they wouldnt have people complaining about problems with it and they could have a better launch of medivh.

This is Warmane; a World of Warcraft private server. This is not Blizzard and they do not have hundreds of employees. People will always find things to complain about, evidently. They will without a doubt fix the problem you're encountering, but don't forget that the realm has not been up for more than a week. Be patient, give them time and in the meantime do as much as you can to help them improve. Your best course of action however—for your own sake—is to expect nothing more than they can offer you, that way you can enjoy everything that is, after all, for free. If you do expect more than that then be sure to pitch in yourself. Anything else would be, as you put it yourself, disgusting.

Your point about it being open for a week is exactly my point as to why they should spend more time polishing up the outland server rather than just haphazardly throwing a new x1 server in when the bug tracker has tons of issues on it.
It would improve the gameplay of both outland and medivh if they would have held back on releasing medivh for say a month and spent that month fixing and tweaking bugs or issues that are wrong with it so far.

We do. But our players and concerns go quite far beyond you and your personal pet bugged quest reward.
If you can't handle the fact a release will have issues, follow my previous advice.

And again its not just my personal bugged quest its a bugged quest so its going to affect everyone and your attitude is *oh well it only affects one person he can just go away for a month* if thats how you act as a mod then I really wonder how much you actually care about the player base. There was no mention of acknowledgement or any sort of actual advice it was just go away for a month.

You want me to acknowledge it as a Moderator? Sure, I can do that and give you an infraction for bringing up complains about bugs to the Forums instead of using the Bug Tracker and waiting for it to be fixed. Enjoy.
