Balancing factions

First of all this isn't suggestion imo lol

I've read many posts, and some got point, some more or less, but one is for sure that people wont change from horde to alliance atm cause there is no reason, and no benefit.
What i've also read is blizzard gave alliance benefits that made it equal to horde so it balanced faction itself, and in TBC as it is, horde is obviously favored amongst players. Most logical reason, the one i agree to is, race racials.
The thing is, from my point of view, i'm pretty sure Warmane is trying to think what to give to alliance, that is not gamebreaking, that wont change TBC expansion and as such it's hard to think what it could be.
Giving instant level, not sure, won't work, its really big advantage, people missing out leveling at levels behind.
Giving mount at 30 seems reasonable, but doesnt sound like perfect solution.

I got no clue why I'm making this tread but i know that sometimes i dont understand something till i read it. -sorry cant make post shorter.

So yeah, i'm pretty sure solution is being looked for.
Besides, on the other side, closing horde creation chars is way too harsh and may stop ppl from playing or new ones who come.
Thing that is going to balance factions need to be, not too big benefit but still benefit, something that could all alliance races/classes have, something that would compensate those superior racials horde has, but also we need to take in circumstances that some people SIMPLY prefer horde over alliance.

And some prefer alliance over horde, but let's think what made those who prefer alliance over horde, make horde now instead.

Feel free to delete topic if it is considered pointless, being against any rule, is offensive, is ofending anyone in any way, or triggers people but there's always be those who're triggered to hate :D

And last thing is, for the sake of balancing this **** out if u really care about it, think objectively, think what would u want if u were to faction change as level 70 already, or to start over as level 1.
Don't be like, i would like that and that and i wont transfer otherwise. That's just ridiculous and it won't help at all, it seems like demanding which isn't pleasant for sure.
As i have no idea what to suggest, hope i gave idea to someone or it will give idea to someone lol
