RP PvE server - if u don't roleplay, you get banned.
I mean instead of writing 'lf dps hc' you would have to write 'a sturdy dwarf is looking for companions to defeat..."

2. All race-class combos, bcuz I want to play Draenei warlock.
3. buffed arcane mage for pvp
4. all rated bg titles for randoms, bcuz nobody plays rateds anyway, so at least gimme titles
5. action combat like in Tera (I know it's impossible, but we are talking about a DREAM server)
6. make questing more challenging, no 'rush as fast as possible to lvl cap for the 'real game''.
7. Tinker/Engineer class - a ranged class just like hunter, but uses all kinds of gagdets, apparently there was such a class in classic Warcraft game.
8. zords - 2 players merge into one that can use skills from both classes and has 2x more hp.
I actually enjoy the releases all the way through Mists its the gameplay after WOTLK that annoys me. I think the additional races and classes made the game more interesting especially the monk class; however, if a hybrid could be made with WOTLK or earlier gameplay and specifications with Mists of Pandaria expansion at x1 exp. rate, that would be my dream server. Its just a dream because then that means large talent trees would have to be made for Gilneans, Goblins, and Pandas :)
A progressive server from scratch vanilla to legion which keep content (quests and lore) removed in newer expansions.

Warmane is that 'dream' server. Multiple realms to choose from, different things included. TBC coming next, so i guess there is nothing more one could ask. As for the Legion expansion, just play the retail. Currently playing on MoP / Lordaeron and waiting TBC to play it too.
for me my dream server had already happen.it was old molten cata server back when they had 4.1 patch ( or 4.0 not sure).PvE for me was really fun and on my opinion this was the most balance PVP moment in history of WOW.this is also the time when molten start doing PVP tournaments.in short i simple loved the game the most then but sadly later one they had to move to 4.3 client of the game :(

It's quite simple - those who want the world pvp can do it among their own kind. Those who don't want it, they don't flag themselves. Suddenly people feel safe to quest and gather crafting material or simply enjoy the land without looking over their shoulder. Less frustration, less grudges, less hate. Granted, a bit more boredom to some, but WoW isn't exactly dynamic. At least the battlegrounds might be more common on lower levels for those who want action. And hey, it's not like there is a lack of pvp servers to make another.
But what's this? Someone is furious because they can't kill a player who is also gathering the same resource? Okaaay? This needs a lecture on morality.
For me it would be pre-wotlk whereas a zombie infestation took place on Azaroth.
You can choose to go max lvl, or lvl in a post-world Azaroth ruled by zombies.
Hardcore and intense, for a bit of ease in lvling, make it x10 :D

I would only add that all content is available, nothing in the game has been removed and is still accessible. Just throw a Zidormi everywhere and voila Everything WoW.
a simple server that was completely blizzlike and progressed normally, with great GMS and devs.
TBC 2.0 to Wotlk 3.3.5 x5 xP rates and 1x all other rates. Keep importance of guilds that TBC had and make "/Y Tempest kepp 25 man!" a thing again. Remove TOC dungeons so players have to progress through raids like in TBC. Put a delay after release of Sunwell Plateu raid so every one can experience it that never could. Slightly harder PVE content.
WOTLK hardcore server with:
1. NPCs has 2x hp and hits 1.5 times harder.
2. Raids unlocked for any level. Want to bring 58 lvl buddy to dispell buffs or minor heals - is it up to your raid leader.
3. All raid tiers can be entered if and only if previous tier has been cleared (There is one pserver which has it for wotlk content only, but I would imagine to have it across all tiers. ie. you want to clear TBC raids to start WOTLK, and Vanilla to start TBC raids).
4. All greens are removed from quest rewards (but money get better), however these items can be crafted or found in chests instead.
5. All even low level dungeons has dailies.
To make things more wild:
6. New role: Support class. Some DPS specs are made to be support role: excel at CC, mana regen (aka. shadow priest on steroids), vanilla pala buffs, treat management, oh **** cooldowns, for example. So raids can utilize these roles as well - right now it mixed but it would be cool if these roles made explicit and content is tuned to make them required in composition as heals.
7. World bosses if not killed will attack fly path hubs and cities.
8. If faction boss is killed, AH taxes become 50% - for support the leader resurrection.
9. Guilds can bribe (money, dungeon and raid tokens) the town inn master to make the inn a guild's home.
9.a. Every inn starts a bid every week - the guild which wins the bid takes the ownership: inn master wears the guild's tarbard.
9.b. Guild which wins the bid gets guild's bank and 0 repair cost at this town and mages can make portal at no cost.
9.c. Guild which loses ownership loses all perks. Guild bank is available only in city as default.
More stuff:
10. There are PvE raiting among the guilds. If the raid leader is guild officer the boss kill goes to the given guild. Every week there is a score added to guilds roster + decay applied (DKP like for guilds) and then these results are posted on the website. So guilds can compete in clearing the PvE content. Bosses scores are segmented per tier.
