Can't use faction change on bought character?

Greetings.

I bought a troll rogue and wanted to use the free faction change over to alliance when I noticed I can't select my bought rogue in the drop-down menu.

I would really like to use the free faction change so is there any way this could be resolved?

You need to create an Ally level 1 with same class and the race you want to be able to move your Horde characters to Ally.
Why? so the system will give you the same appearance and race of the lvl 1 character you made

remember this feature is irreversible
