Usually I could see my Arcane and Frost procs to know when I could cast each ability, but they no longer show up on my screen.

This is what procs I am talking about, it's two small indicators, there are different ones for fingers of frost which are the ones I need for my spec. However I see nothing.

you need an addon to track those procs. What you are asking have been added by blizzard on Cataclysm and it seesm you are talking about Wotlk...

No, I saw them at the early levels, right before I boosted with no problem. I do run addon's in game such as DBM, Atlas, and etc.
Cata did track things like that, but so does Warmane. Whether it be implemented server side or client side, I am just really upset I lost my procs.
