The realm has been back up for ~20 minutes or so already. If you're still having connection issues, please just attempt to log in a few more times and it should go through fine.

My characters are gone now. I take this is not a wide spread problem? I was in game when this started happening and chars are still missing.

I have no been spamming login for 20 minutes and still havent connected to the server.. Even paid to skip queue, seems like I have to pay for another queue.

Please make sure you are logging into the correct account. This is the most common cause of this issue. If it persists, please send me a PM and I'll see what I can do.
