How can i avoid queue with Outland?

Hi all , i played on Lordaeron at his start and remember i donate some money to avoid queue, do i have to do the same for Outland or im stil Premium and can avoid queue in Outland too?

If not , how can i avoid queue in Outland? i dont remember well. Only donating?

If you donated once you should be fine on all realms but Lordaeron. Lordaeron is a monthly donation to skip the queue, but there has not been a queue on Lordaeron since it first opened.
